Problem

Part of the day-to-day tasks of a hospital in Saudi is the management of the insurance policies of patients. From admission to discharge, how a hospital manages insurance coverage is likely to be a dreadful task done by hand. We were aiming to make this process seamless and efficient.

Approach

Under the guidance of a veteran doctor, our first task was to understand the hospital's insurance flow. Although we understand how insurance works in our country, we still have to discover how it did in Saudi hospitals. Gathering documentation, continuous consulting sessions, and conducting interviews gave us all the information we needed. Putting everything together was the real challenge.

Solution

The creation of a new add-on to the platform specifically designed to manage this new flow.
