Problem

We had long-stuck issues with our software that needed participation from different parts of the organization. We hadn't dedicated the time to tackle these issues with the expertise of each working area.
Solution

We decided that a good course of action would be to organize a Design Sprint based on the methodology designed on Google Ventures, as described on the book by Jake Knapp and John Zeratsky.
